How is each school really doing?
School Score Cards give each school one score out of 100, built from five scored pillars, with the school's intake setting the bar. Progress counts as much as results, so a school moving its children on from a low start gets the credit it has earned.

Where are the risks building?
Risk Alert compares every school's gap for every group with the national gap for that group, then ranks the school-and-group pairs that most need a conversation. A strong school with one cohort concern is shown as exactly that.

How it works
Trust dashboards that disagree with the school's own figures start arguments, not conversations. Tracker+ for Trusts is built so that never happens.
Every trust figure is calculated by the same engine each school uses. When a head opens their own School Summary, the number matches the one on your screen.
Trust figures are pooled from every pupil, not an average of school percentages, so a school of 400 counts for more than a school of 90.
Small cohorts are never given the highest risk flag, and any view with pupils set aside is clearly marked as illustrative. Published results are never changed.
Trust users see only the schools in their trust. Access is recorded, and AI reads work from figures and codes, never children's names.
